On pizza, in sweets or in salad dressing: Most products in the food industry contain milk or milk components. These ingredients are our expertise. As an integral part of the whole team, our DMK farmers produce the raw material. At DMK Ingredients, we use it to produce condensed milk, fresh dairy products such as cream, sour cream, cream cheese and butter, milk powder and a wide variety of cheeses.
We are also an experienced partner in the development and implementation of projects in the confectionery, pizza and dairy processing sectors. Together with our customers, we develop trend products and advise on processes, specifications and packaging.
That´s whey better
From whey, the by-product of cheese production, we at wheyco produce customised whey derivatives, whey proteins, lactose and permeates. There are valuable in the food industry for many reasons. On the one hand, their high-quality protein plays an important nutritional role where people have a special dietary need - for example, in infants, senior citizens, athletes or in medicine. On the other hand, whey permeate is used in baked goods and confectionery, chocolate, ice cream and convenience products. Not only does it provide aroma, flavour, texture, crunch, creaminess, juiciness and/or better browning, but it also ensures that the ingredient list remains free of unwanted, artificial ingredients.
Vegan alternatives for every day: With our full range of fat emulsions, we supply ingredients for numerous applications, such as baked goods, coffee and tea drinks, desserts, soups and sauces. The majority of our products are vegan and allergen-free. In addition to taste and functionality, we focus on sustainable raw material sourcing and environmental protection. For example, instead of palm oil, we use sustainable shea oil from a cooperation with the Shea Alliance.
